With equity sharing, the property owner (age 65 to 85) agrees to share the future appreciation of the property with the financial institution in exchange for cash today. As compared to a reverse mortgage, equity sharing does not have an interest rate accruing, it is not recorded as a mortgage on the property, and it can be used on properties other than the owner’s primary residence.

Let’s face it. If your objective is just to get top honors rather than realize what school is for, you may be off-tangent. You may be expending efforts in the wrong direction or for the worng end. You are in school to earn an education. Being on top of your class and getting honors and praises for it are merely incidental.
Education, in the authentic sense, is not just storing knowledge for vanty, future employment or business. It is much broader and deeper than that. Education is meant to make you a rounded individual who can bring himself to the highest level of his total potential for his own happiness and the good of human society. Someone said that education really means fitting man for living. You are in school for a reason no less dignified and dignifying than this.
Are you in school because you want to be admired as the best in class? Or only to insulate yourself from the pain of failure? To get easy employment later? Or are you in school because you want to learn as much as you can, realizing that knowledge is an excellent posession? If you have other objectives, look inside you and assess these objectives.
Without a fixed destination, you will drift. You will be aimless, and aimlessness cannot produce success. you must workless, and aimlessness cannot produce success. You must work hard for it, paddle with your aim as the only direction and in the process you take chances and risks. But because you are inspired and guided by a destination, riks and sufferings are too wek to beat you down. You even improvise methods of attaining your objectives faster, easier an more accurately.

Do not mind how your classmates are struggling with the exams. Be mindful of your teacher, instead. Her behavior will tell you how much time you have to answer. Do not force answers. Let your sudconscious do the releasing of information on its own. It will. After finishing all the questins, go back at the beginning and check for correctness, spelling, clarity, and completeness. Double check your essay for grammar and completeness. Make sure you write legibly. Keep your mind only on your test paper in that entire duration. Let all esle wait.

No matter how exhaustive your review guide, you should finish your self-test within the morning, afternoon or evening. You have been reviewing daily and testing yourself weekly, so the review guides should not be that difficult or long. If you want to go slowly, each guide should take you two hours at the most and you should not have errors.
- You are likely to finish the morning review around snack time, so reward yourself with snacks. Do not repeat the review on day 1. After your snacks, rest your mind. Do not recall your own questions even quietly or try to remember the correct answers. Leave them and free your mind. If it is lunch time, have lunch and then take a refreshing map
- Having kept the review guide and your notes for that subjects in your drawer or table, do the review guide of the next subject after your map. Follow the same procedure. Do not think of any other subject but this one you are reviewing. Keep your full attention to it but without tension. Do not tempt or cheat yourself by looking at your own notes or make self concessions and excuses. It is perfectly all right if you make mistakes or forget some items. Stop when you reach the end and keep the review guide for a while.
- Do the review guide of the third subject for the day 1 after supper and cleaning up. Perform the same steps as before without bothering about mistakes or misses. When finished, keep the guide and notes and sleep soundly.
- Within a week, each subjects is reviewed twice at its own time. Do not write your answer on the review guides from day1 to 6. Just answer mentally. You will realize that, by the sixth day, it will seem that you know practically everything in each subjects and you are not nervous at all.
